How do I place an order?

While you are on the product page, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and after doing so you will be redirected to your cart from where you can select your payment method and then check out.

 

Are my payments secure?

You best believe they are! We take your private information really serious. That's why we use Shopify Payments which is powered by Stripe as well as Paypal as our main payment gateways.

 

Where are you located?

We primarily operate out of different states in North America, but also have warehouses in Europe and Asia to provide you with reliable shipping no matter where you are.

 

How do I receive multiple order item?

If you order several products, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages to insure you don't have to wait longer for your those items in case one is in high demand and low on stock. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase of multiple items and also when receiving deliveries.

 

When will my items ship/ arrive?

Most items will leave our warehouses within 3-5 days after you place your order and from there depending on the product it can take 2-3 weeks. Clothing usually ships much faster than other items that we sell due to them being created on demand.

We will email you once your order has been shipped with the tracking code. You can also look on the "Track Order" page to see the status of your order.

 

Oh No, I messed up my Shipping Address and/or Size, Quantity, etc. .... can I change it ?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. Some of our products leave the warehouse the same day, but don't fear, we will try to make it right. We know it's frustrating to pay for something you can't use.
